Who this covers
This notice covers this website and its quote request form. They are run by Side by Side Sourcing, One World Trade Center, 285 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10007.
What the form collects
- About you: your name, company and work email.
- About the box: box style, size, material, quantity range, destination and when you need it.
- Anything you add: reference images, more of the spec, and notes.
The form asks for nothing else. Please don’t include anything you would rather we didn’t have.
What we use it for
- To reply to your request and ask follow-up questions.
- To get quotes, compare them and coordinate samples for you.
- To keep a record of what you asked for and what we sent you.
We don’t sell your information. We only email you about your request, unless you ask us to do more.
How the form works today
The form doesn’t send anything by itself. It checks your answers and helps you put them into an email from your own account. Reference images stay on your device until you attach them yourself. You choose whether to send it. If you do, it reaches our Gmail inbox, so Google handles it as our email provider.
Who else sees it
- Factories and suppliers. To get quotes, we share the box spec and your reference images with the factories we ask in China. We don’t give them your name, company or email to get quotes. If a later step, such as shipping samples, needs your details, we’ll ask first. Images go as you sent them, so remove anything you don’t want a supplier to see.
- Service providers. The companies that run our email and host this site, under their own terms.
- Authorities. If the law requires it.
What this site doesn’t do
No cookies. No analytics. No ads. No third-party scripts or fonts. This site doesn’t store your form answers in your browser.
Like any web host, ours may keep basic server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as we need them to work with you and to keep normal business records. Ask us and we’ll delete what we don’t have to keep. We can’t pull back specs or images a supplier already has.

Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us.

If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
