A sourcing service, not a manufacturer.

We do the factory legwork, so you don’t have to. One spec from you. Quotes, samples and follow-up from us.

We’re a US sourcing company for gift boxes and rigid boxes. You send one spec. We ask several factories in China to quote exactly that spec, put the quotes side by side with freight and duties counted, arrange samples so you can judge quality first, and keep you posted on where things stand.

Easiest way to start: one box you already buy, or one you want to buy. A rough spec is fine.

We’re a sourcing service, not a manufacturer.

You should know exactly who you’re dealing with.

What we do

  • Ask several factories in China to quote your spec, so you don’t have to write to each one
  • Put the quotes on one sheet: same spec, same quantity, same destination
  • Show the full cost at your door, not just the unit price
  • Arrange samples so you can judge quality first
  • Keep track of your order and tell you where it stands

What we don’t do

  • Make boxes or run a factory
  • Post prices on this site. Every quote depends on your spec, quantity and destination
  • Promise the lowest price. Your current source may turn out to be the better deal
  • Give customs or legal advice. That belongs with your customs broker or adviser

How it works

Four steps. You make the decisions. We do the chasing.

  1. You

    Send one spec

A box you already buy works best, or one you’re planning. Tell us the size, material, quantity range and destination, and add reference images if you have them. Rough is fine.

  2. We

    Quotes, side by side

We ask several factories in China to quote that spec and chase the answers. Each quote goes on one sheet: same quantity, same Incoterm, same destination. Blanks become questions.

  3. Together

    Samples

You pick which options to sample. We coordinate them. Sample cost and timing go on the sheet first, so you can say yes or no before you commit.

  4. You

    Decide

Go ahead, change the spec or stop. You make the call with the sample in your hand and the landed cost in front of you. If you go ahead, we keep track of the order and tell you where it stands.

Compare what the box costs at your door.

Unit price is only the first line. Landed cost adds what it takes to get the box to you. Each line is marked estimate or confirmed, so you can see what’s still open.

Reading two quotes

  • Compare at the same quantity, the same Incoterm and the same destination.
  • A quote that looks expensive may be the only complete one. Check board, wrap, print, finishing, closure, insert and packing first.
  • Any blank is a question to ask before deciding.

Box styles you can send us

Pick a style to start a request.

Something else, like a book-style box or a ribbon box? Send the spec anyway. Drawings show the style only.

Use the comparison sheet, with or without us.

Fifteen rows that make two box quotes comparable. One page, free, no sign-up.

Rows 1–9
Is it the same box?
Rows 10–11
How is quality checked?
Rows 12–14
What does it really cost?
Row 15
What paperwork do you need?

Fair questions

Are you a manufacturer?

No. We’re a US sourcing company. We don’t make boxes or run a factory. We ask factories in China to quote your spec, line up the quotes, coordinate samples and keep track of the order for you.

What do you actually do for me?

The legwork. We write to the factories, chase their answers, check each quote against your spec, put them on one sheet, arrange samples and follow your order. You deal with one person instead of several factories.

What does this cost me?

The comparison costs you nothing. You pay when you choose to make samples, and the sample cost is on the sheet before you say yes. Our service fee on an order is agreed first and shows as its own line.

Will you beat my current price?

We can’t promise that, and we don’t claim to be the cheapest. Sometimes your current source is the better deal, and a like-for-like comparison will show that too. Our job is to make the choice clear and the work light, so you decide on the same spec and the full cost.

Why are there no prices, minimums or lead times here?

They depend on the spec, the quantity, the destination and the factory. Anything we posted would be a guess. You see them per quote, on the sheet.

How do you handle duties?

Duties and fees get their own line in the landed cost. That line stays marked as an estimate until a customs broker confirms it for that shipment. We don’t give customs advice.

What if I need FSC, food-contact or Prop 65 paperwork?

Tell us at the start. We ask the factory for the documents and show on the sheet what came back. Whether a rule applies to your product is a question for your own compliance adviser.

What if I get the spec wrong?

Send what you have. Anything missing becomes a question for you, and the sheet marks what’s still open. Samples exist so problems show up before a full order.

Will the factory know who I am?

Not when we ask for quotes. We don’t give factories your name, company or email at that stage. If a later step, such as shipping samples, needs your details, we ask you first.

Do I have to name my current supplier?

No. A spec is enough. Photos or a sample help, but who you buy from today is up to you to share.

Request a comparison

Send what you have. A rough spec is fine. We’ll reply by email and ask about anything we need.

No spec yet? Email a photo of a box you like and roughly how many you need.
